I geek out about systems, operations, continuous improvement, how work gets done, listening for / acting on signals, and the 'how' around enabling myself and others to focus on what we each have fun doing.. so we can solve real problems and make big things happen.

Hello! I’m Matt, Co-Founder of Inflection Point Analytics. Spanning my career, I've worked in all aspects of engineering, from product development of cutting-edge DNA sequencers, developing new SMART technologies in the firearm industry, and designing fiber optic networks for top-tier telecom companies, submitted proposals to the FDA, and managed the development of machine learning and AI in this space.
The common denominator across the roles and industries has been a comprehensive system level view and the use of data to drive insight and create value. I have a unique ability to quickly understand problems and goals at the system level, use my coding skills, statistical analysis, and visualization methods to make sense of data, and communicate the results in an easy to understand and actionable way across teams.
Seeing how certain problems (and opportunities) show up again and again across industries, and knowing how to tackle those problems has unlocked a new chapter of my career. I'm invested in partnering with small companies to solve those problems and unleash your next Inflection Point.
